With a full disclosure programme Liberty Personnel are able to access a wealth of talent from those who, for whatever reason, have stepped outside of acceptable behaviour patterns.

It is often extremely difficult to be welcomed back into the workplace after serving a prison sentence, despite a real commitment to a new life living within society's rules. Employers can naturally be reticent to welcome people back into work when they appear with a less than perfect history.

Liberty Personnel are able to combine the skills and aspirations of the ex offender with an employer looking for those skills, providing a dedicated team member who is determined to prove they are an asset to any organisation.

We can assist you with writing a CV that will clearly set out your skills, and promote you to prospective employers.

INTERVIEW TECHNIQUE TRAINING

Interviews can be a daunting experience, we can help to prepare you for your meeting, giving you the best possible opportunity to present yourself in an engaging and professional manner.

IN-HOUSE IT TRAINING

There are few places that don't require some level of IT competency. From shop workers with ever increasing computer sales integration, to specialist technology companies. Computers now invade every area of life. For those who have spent even a few years in prison, the changes have been vast. Liberty Personnel can help to bridge that gap with courses designed to de-mystify this area and add to your skill set.

- Come and speak to us at Liberty Personnel. We will look at your skills and experiences and try to find some work avenues for you. Even work in prison is an experience and skill set to assist in finding work.

DISCLOSURE
- We look at the individual beyond the offence. So disclosure to us is not a barrier rather an enabler and with disclosure we can put the right person to the right job.

PLACEMENT
- Once we have all your details and assessed your skills we will work hard with our employment partners to find you your first work placement, be it paid employment or voluntary.
