We believe that the key to success is not to spend a lifetime on benefits, but to find a rewarding and fulfilling job; not the easiest of tasks in today's austere environment.
We believe that we have the solution, a recruitment mentor. If you have been un-employed for longer than six months, or have just been released from a period of custody, we will assign a mentor to you who will help to point you in the right direction for work and training, who will take an active interest in YOUR success, and who will endeavour to give you solid advice that really will help to achieve your goals.
This is a fresh and innovative approach, and really gives life to the whole notion of.......

If you have a couple of hours spare, why not get in touch and join our programme. We need people from all walks of life to become a volunteer mentor. A great opportunity to give real help to people striving to achieve their goals.
