Now is the time! Recent changes in government legislation mean that apprentice ships are now available for 16-18 and 19-24 year olds. They offer a unique opportunity for people to learn key skills and trades whilst gaining experience in real situations. In this way the trainee builds knowledge whilst gaining a meaningful qualification, and earn a wage at the same time. The benefit to the employer is significant they gain a key worker who is well trained and motivated, and who has had a period of time with which to prove themselves.

The programme itself is made up of a framework of qualifications including the main award (NVQ), a Technical Certificate, and Key Skills (English and Maths, when required). This in itself provides a complete package of support tailored specifically to the needs of your member of staff.
